Please read these terms carefully, and print and keep a copy of them for your reference.

MAKING A CONTRACT WITH US:

When you place an order with us you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order.

We reserve the right to not supply your order without providing a reason. We will always try to supply your full order but where stock is not available we will supply your part order at the appropriate charge.

If you choose to pay by 'Paypal' then this third parties will accept your payment on our behalf before we have the opportunity to check the availability of goods and prices. In the unlikely event that the goods are not available or prices incorrect then we will contact you so that the order may be adjusted or your payment refunded as you wish.

If you do not have a Paypal account then they can still process your payment by credit or debit card.

Whichever method you pay by we will e-mail you again when your payment has been processed and that we accept your order, and then a contract has been made between us.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER:


The way to make an order is:
1 Chose an item, or items that you would like to buy.
2 Go to the checkout.
3 If you are not a registered customer complete the shipping information, if you are a registered customer please log in.
4 Pay for your order by your chosen method.



DELIVERY:

For the Mainland UK we aim to dispatch the next working day after you place your order. How long delivery takes depends on the service you pay for (and any problems with Royal Mail !). When we are not able to do this we will make a general annoucement on this site, or an individual reply to your order.
Our standard delivery service is second class recorded which should be with you 2 to 4 working days after dispatch and costs £4.50 (free for orders £50 or more).
First Class recorded delivery should be with you the next delivery day after dispatch but is not guaranteed (£6.00). Special Delivery is guaranteed to be with you the next working day after dispatch (£8.00); this applies to orders placed Monday to Thursday.
All delivery options are available at the checkout.
We also aim to dispatch worldwide orders the next working day by international signed for Airmail. Delivery times will of course vary. Costs for delivery outsde the UK vary, you will be informed the exact amount at checkout prior to purchase. Prices vary from £12 to Europe up to £17 for 'Rest of World'.

FAULTY GOODS:
If there is a problem with the goods please contact us. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS:
You can cancel your contract at any time up to 14 working days after the day of delivery. To do this please write to us or e-mail us.
You do not have to give any reason for cancellation, however a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.
If you cancel you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are adequately packaged to protect against damage.
If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in deterioration we will charge you for the reduction in value. Goods must be returned 'unworn'.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights.
In addition to your statutory rights we are pleased to exchange any New Unworn Items returned within 28 days of Purchase in their original condition there is a £4.50 handling charge in respect of all exchanges. You may exchange for other items or request a credit note.
.Refunds will be made by a cheque as we do not hold your card details, if this is inconvenient please contact us prior to the return. 



CHANGES TO THESE TERMS:
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders.





COLOUR RENDITION
Photos of items for sale are intended to give a good indication of the colours of the items. Please note though that accurate colour rendition is notoriously difficult and can often be subjective. If in doubt please contact Sally or try to come to a show. This warning particularly applies to the Oceana Range where colours are often very subtle and tend to shift with the light scource. It is also impossible to photograph Dichroic Glass used in our jewellery with accuracy as it's beauty is the shift in colours as the light source varies.

SECURITY

We take the security of your payment very seriously. Paypal is an internationally recognised method of payment processing. You can pay without holding an account with them by using your debit or credit card. If you pay over the phone we process your transaction using secure encrypted terminals. We do not record your payment details.

PRIVACY

We will never (except where required by law) let any third party have your personal details other than to process your order. As a customer we may occasionally send you an e-mail with details of our products or offers that we think may interest you. If you do not want to hear from us please say so.


ORDERS

There is no agreement to supply your order until we have processed and cleared your payment. We reserve the right to not supply your order without providing a reason. We will always try to supply your full order but where stock is not availabe we will supply your part order at the appropriate charge.


ERRORS AND OMMISSIONS

We are very keen to maintain this site at a high level of accuracy but we do acknowledge that occasional errors will occur that will not be binding on us and that we will correct as soon as we can.


AMENDMENTS

We reserve the right to change product prices and specification without prior notification.
